Shipments within the United States
We offer free two to three day shipping on all orders within the United States. After your order has been packaged, it will be delivered via USPS Priority Mail. The US Postal Service delivers Priority Mail packages in an average of two to three days to most addresses. Delivery is available to all U.S. addresses, including Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes and military addresses. Signature is required for delivery. All orders are fully insured in transit.

Recipient Signature for Delivery
For your protection against loss and fraud, please note that we require a recipient signature for delivery on all orders. This will ensure that your package is received. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please consider shipping to an alternate address such as a work address (see “Shipping to Alternate Addresses” below).

 

Shipping to Alternate Addresses
If you prefer, we can ship your order to an alternate address. As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, for orders greater than $250 that are shipped to an address other than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.

 

International Shipments
At the current time, we ship internationally only to Canada with the following exceptions: Yukon Territory, Northwest Territory, and Nunavut Territory. All prices and shipping charges are listed in U.S. currency.

After your order has been packaged, it will be delivered via FedEx to Canada. We offer FedEx International Priority Service with delivery transit time within 2 days for a fee of $35. All orders are fully insured in transit.

 

Please note:
The recipients of shipments to Canada are responsible for all duties and taxes that are imposed by the Canadian border control agency. We will send you an estimate of the duties and taxes in a separate email that requires confirmation before we ship your package. Please note that this is an estimate only, and the actual amount may differ.

In general, the duties and taxes imposed on jewelry are approximately 10% to 15% of the price of the item. The duties and taxes imposed on watches are approximately 25% to 30% of the price of the item.

The duties and taxes will be collected by FedEx on behalf of the Canadian Border Control Agency, which will decide the actual amount of the tariffs to be collected.
