Our 30 day return policy ensures you have plenty of time to make sure you are pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any non-engraved item in “new and unused” condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of receipt. Special orders can be returned for store credit only within 30 days of receipt. Please see our special order FAQ.


Returning Merchandise in “New and Unused” Condition Only

All merchandise to be returned or exchanged must be in “new and unused” condition. BrightDiamond, Inc. sells only brand-new items, so all merchandise, including watches and jewelry, cannot be accepted for return or exchange if the item has been worn, scratched, engraved, or sized. The original manufacturer’s packaging must be intact with all manuals, booklets, and warranty cards.

BrightDiamond, Inc., reserves the right to refuse to accept a return for merchandise that is not in “new and unused” condition. During our inspection process, we will determine the condition of the returned item. If the item appears to be worn or scratched, the merchandise will be returned to the customer, and a refund or exchange will not be allowed.


Receive a Credit or Refund

Refunds and exchanges will be honored at the full purchase price of the merchandise. Original shipping fees (and other charges for international customers) are non-refundable.

Returning Gifts

If you received a gift and want to return it, you have two options:

  1. You can opt to refund the full amount less shipping charges to your own BrightDiamond, Inc. account. If you do not have a BrightDiamond, Inc. account, we can create one for you. To use your refund, please call Customer Service and place a phone order.
  2. You can opt for a refund to the original credit card used by the purchaser.


Returning Your Order

You may call Customer Service for a pre-paid return label; however, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you prefer, you may use any other return shipping method at your own expense. Be sure to insure and track your package as BrightDiamond, Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

  1. Call Customer Service
    Ask for a Return Authorization Number. A Return Authorization Number must be included on your package in order to receive proper credit. You may also ask for a pre-paid return label at this time.
  2. Pack Your Return
    Use a new box for your return, including all documentation and gift packaging. If you re-use a box, be sure to completely remove or cover the original shipping label.
  3. Ship Your Return
    If you are using a pre-paid return label, take your package to any valid drop-off point for the shipper on the label. Check with www.ups.com or www.fedex.com for a full listing of drop-off points.
  4. Check Your Email
    Returned merchandise will be inspected by the Quality Assurance department. You can expect an email notification regarding your return or exchange within five business days.


International Returns

BrightDiamond, Inc. suggests you use a reputable carrier of your choice to ship your return. We are currently unable to offer a pre-paid merchandise return label for international returns.

Conditions of Return

1. Any unauthorized (packages without a Return Authorization Code), improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to the sender.

2. The item must be returned WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS of the date of receipt. Any items postmarked after the return period will not be accepted for refund. BrightDiamond, Inc. is not responsible for the loss or damage of return shipments.

3. Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized (by a jeweler other than BrightDiamond, Inc.), engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

4. The original BrightDiamond, Inc. barcode tag must still be on the item in order for refunds to be processed.

5 . If you received a gift that was purchased at BrightDiamond, Inc. and wish to return it, please mention the Return Authorization Code on the BrightDiamond, Inc. address label. As with any purchase, the gift recipient can return the item for exchange. However, if you wish to return the gift for a refund, please note that the refund will be issued to the gift purchaser and not the recipient.
