For most leather and polyurethane watches, we are pleased to be able to special order longer straps at an extra charge.

What is the standard length of the watch? How do I know if I need the watch resized?
Please see "Watch Band Length" under the watch image for the standard length of the watch from tip to tip (including the face). If you currently wear a watch that fits you correctly, measure the length of the watch from tip to tip. Otherwise, you can use a piece of string to measure around your wrist, leaving some room for comfort, then measure the length of the string.
What if I need a shorter length?
If you need to have the watch resized to a shorter length, we can remove some links from the watch. Any links we remove will be sent to you as part of the shipment. If you need the links added back to the watch, you will need to visit a jeweler who can do it for you.
What if I need a longer length?
If you need to have the watch resized to a longer length, we will order extra links from the manufacturer and add them to the watch before we ship it out to you. Because we request the extra links from the manufacturer only when you place an order for a longer length, there is an additional 4 - 7 business days before we can ship the watch to you. If you find the watch is too long and you need links removed, please visit a jeweler who can remove the links for you.
How do I tell you that I need the watch resized?
If you need to have the watch resized, please indicate in the "Notes" section of the last checkout page the length in inches that you need the watch to be. We will add or remove the appropriate number of links to the watch to accommodate your request. The length may not be exact as the length of each link varies by watch. We will get as close as possible to the length requested without going under the length indicated.

Because we request a longer strap from the manufacturer only when you place an order for a longer length, there is an additional 7 - 10 business days before we can ship the watch to you.
How do I tell you that I need a longer strap?
A watch with a long strap is considered a special order, and you will need to place the order by phone. Please call Customer Service toll-free at 1-866-362-3388 to place your order for a watch with a longer strap.
